MOVEMENT MEDICINE YOGA
Movement Medicine Yoga is weekly yoga classes aligned to the seasons, the moon cycles and the feminine and goddess archetypes. As the seasons change, so do the needs of our bodies and minds and the natural rhythms of the earth should be our greatest teacher in re-connecting and honouring our inner landscape.
Individual yoga therapy sessions are tailored to suite individuals that want to focus on a specific area of health.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
The classes combine movement, chanting, meditation, reflection, and prayer and offer a truly unique experience. They provide a community for women to come together and reconnect with themselves and other women.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary. Women are encouraged to embark on a journey of self-exploration through breath and movement and use their intuition to guide them through practice. Each session is fun, collaborative, and inclusive.

Our ability to support our physical and energetic bodies through movement, sound, and meditation has never been so important. With mental illness and disease on the rise, the way in which we take care of ourselves has a direct impact on all other aspects of our life.
