Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – School of Forgotten Wisdom Once you have booked a healing course, training programme, or yoga course with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We have provided information on our cancellation policy for different booking types below. Movement Medicine Yoga Courses are booked in 6-week blocks for either Keelham Primary School (Wednesday) or Oxenhope Community Centre (Thursday). If you are unable to make one of the weekly sessions, you will be able to attend the alternative class within that week. Once paid for, courses are non-refundable. Reiki The following courses are non-refundable: Reiki training Level 1 Reiki training Level 2 You can reschedule your Reiki training by emailing us at hello@sarahldavis.com or calling/texting 07515 404225. Individual Healing courses If you cancel your appointment for any of the following courses, less than 7 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Circles and Ceremonies If you cancel your appointment for any of the following, less than 7 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Feminine Alchemy If you cancel your appointment for any of the following workshops, less than 7 days before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
