The Journey of Remembering

 

Each person’s journey of remembering is unique - what works for one person, may not work for another. Healing takes place over a period of time, through embodiment and integration. It's often the way in which we show up in our day to day lives that reinforces how we are changing. And the magic that we experience when we open our hearts, that help us to remember who we are at our core.

Many of us were brought up being taught to look outside of ourselves for the answers, whether it be our health, healing or self-worth.  We are sadly in a generation of deep disconnection and confusion, dissociated from who we are and what’s important. We have forgotten how to listen to our own intuition and wisdom and then subsequently give our power away, even though our actions often don’t feel in alignment. 

 

We are disconnected from Earth & our Feminine Energies

 

The medicine and wisdom we can gain from Mother Earth if we gift ourselves the time and stillness to sit and listen are magical. Our ancestors understood how to work with the seasons, the plants, the stars, the sun and the moon. They understood the deep capacity we have to remember and heal, when we are connected to ourselves and our environment. The ancient teachings of the divine feminine through the occult and mystery schools have never been more important.

In order to heal, we must look at all aspects of the souls experience and layers of the body

 

My approach to healing is multifaceted and therefore comprehensive in nature. Whilst it’s crucial to work through the complexities and understand the meanderings of the mind and mental body, we must also work through the energetic and physical aspects, the spiritual layer and our deeply complex emotional body.

 

Focusing on only one of these areas is always beneficial, but not always a fully integrative approach to healing. As all of these parts of us are deeply connective, we have to understand our whole biology and how they are constantly working together, either in sync or not.

We also look at the physical body from a multidimensional perspective. Many of us believe that our healing only takes place in this plane of existence, often overlooking our soul's journey through various lifetimes and experiences. What can appear to be a huge issue for us in this life, may be showing itself due to something we experienced in a previous life, or due to unjustified karma.

​

Your personal history and experience in this life and previous lives leaves a lasting imprint on all layers of your body which may be positive or negative. This then forms our perception and the lens through which we view the world. In order for us to experience freedom, balance and fulfilment we have to be aware of what is holding us back, what is coming into our field and the effects this has on our overall health and wellbeing.

Through my own healing journey and training, I have learned to use various methods and modalities which tackle the multifaceted and complex matter of the souls journey. When working with someone I use my deep connection to the unseen realms and own intuition to guide people back to a place of understanding and wholeness.
